This is the 'what if' forum, not the 'lunatics asylum'....no, wait......

Ooooh, yes it is!  ;D

[Cue the usual British pantomime responses no doubt......]
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

That's some carrier model  Largest I've seen was a 1/96 scale one in the Pearl Harbour museum with a full Japanese air complement
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I had a similar idea in 1/72, a 'Bat Cave' design with a castle facade and underground aircraft hangers. Aircraft to be launched verticaly.
My first thought was to use two cheap bookcases at either end. This ground to a halt when the digital switch over for London was announced as the dilema is get a digibox or a new telly. A new telly would mean a bigger display area, what to do with my old set :banghead:
