From what I read elsewhere, it looks like Cyberhobby released a near perfect Whiff into the styrene market, that being the 1/72 Sea Venom HF.x
Now to wait for it to undergo some sort of weekend sale.
Dibs on putting  a pointy nose on it.  (No not really.)

Avoid it.  It's absolute rubbish according to posts on Britmodeller, especially from someone with intimate knowledge of several airframes in Australia.  That thread comes with lots of useful photos.

Want a decent 72nd Sea Venom?  Save your pennies a bit more and get the CMR one.  Masks, etch, full selection of underwing stores and more decal options.

It's the screw ups that make it a near perfect what-if kit.  Shape modifications already made at the mould for those who chose to revise shapes as part of their kit buildups.    As a scale model, however..... :banghead:

If you want to whiff a Sea Venom why pay the money for the Dragon one?  Just get Ye Olde Frog/Novo/Eastern Express/Toko/Ark one at a fraction of the cost.
