Hobbes and I flew the flag for the What If forum at the Dutch IPMS Nationals today.
We had a lot of interest from many people and generally the comments were quite positive.

We didn't have a very large display but we got together a nice mix of the almost true and the far out stuff.

Some more impressions:

As always: More on my site:  http://www.airwar1946.nl/index.htm

A  most impressive display, which has fully upheld  the traditions of Whiffery.  WELL DONE!!!

Yup, we had a good day. Tom's Zeppelin aircraft carrier and 1/144 aircraft workshop attracted lots of attention. Several visitors took the cards I'd made with this site's address so we may have some new visitors coming.

A bit knackered after today, so I'll have to sort out my photos later.

Seen some great stuff today:

Now that looks like a GREAT Show, well done guys.

I love the mini-U-boat in the Amsterdam canal.  ;D

Where was it held?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

I like the full-sized U-Boat at sea.  Really looks like the ocean!

Some nice stuff there and a nice display  I quite often think "the less is more" often works better then an overcrowded table, especially when you ae trying to introduce people to a different side of the hobby - well done
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

The show was held in Nieuwegein, on the outskirts of Utrecht.
