Just seen these on Freightdog's Facebook page.

All I can say is that they look simply stunning  :bow:

That looks like a set of parts to backdate the Airfix FR5 to the F1 or F2, what with the straight wing leading edges and the earlier canopy.

Fast work on Colin's part there.  :thumbsup:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

If you read the facebook entry that set is for the F2/F4. It is due to be released at the Southern Model EXPO.
Colin also says that he hopes to have F1 and F7 conversions available as well.

Now all we need is to get the Swift kits !

An F7 conversion would include Fireflash missiles presumably, and that opens up loads of different Whiffabilities.  ;D ;) :lol:

Looks like Chris' pic is of the F2/F4 conversion kit after I got an email from Colin about the new releases. There are two more, one for the early F1 and for my fave, the F7, complete with FIREFLASHES!  :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

And the email mentions something 'rotary winged' over the weekend.............  ;)
