Over the years I have collected a number of 1/700 Japanese ship kits (that's kits of Japanese vessels rather than kits made by the Japanese manufactures). Occasionally as  a break from attaching wings to things I like to test my eyesight by putting one or two of these together (and very enjoyable they are to).

Anyway, I digress, searching through my pile I have come across two kits by Aoshima, the Fuso and Nagato battleships, which are Full Hull kits..... all my others are waterline. So rather than take a hacksaw to the hulls I thought I might offer these up for a swap.

Despite the 1/700th scale these are BIG kits, superbly detailed and still sealed in their inner bags. The Nagato is Aoshima #48641 kit, the 1944 refit version. The Fuso is kit #49808 again the 1944 refit. Prices on the internet range from £15 to £38 (!), I can assure you I didn't pay the higher price (nor the lower).

So what am I after ? Any Aoshima, Tamiya, Hasegawa, Fujimi or Pit Road/Skywave 1/700 waterline ships of Japanese origin. I would like to swap Battleship for Battleship or Battleship for Carrier/Heavy Cruiser. A Battleship for a destroyer or any lesser craft will need you to twist my arm (who knows I may like it).

If all else fails £35.00 the pair including UK postage (any where outside this Sceptred Isle would be more - at cost).
