A question for those in the know: which parts of the Fw190 were fabric? I'm guessing it's just the ailerons and elevators, but are there any other bits that aren't metal? I know the prop was wooden...

All the control surfaces including rudder were fabric covered, the flaps were metal but late in the war they were sometimes made of wood.

Most short nosed Fw190s used metal propellers, a few A-9s were fitted with wooden prop blades, all production D-9s, D-11s, and D-13s used wooden prop blades.
