Monogram Phantom high viz in 2 tone grey.....

Monograms 1/48th F-4C Phantom, but I didn't care much for the camo with "invasion stripes" for the training squadron. Instead I finished it in the Hill Grey II scheme (slightly modified) with full high-viz markings.
