Anyone else tried to build the Heritage turbo Mustang conversion? It is beyond awful and going in the bin...

I've got one and it's slowly working its way up the 'to do' list.  I shall persist with it but thanks for the warning.

But don't chuck yours in the bin, van883, adapt the bits for a whif.  Turbo FW190D anyone?

NOTHING is worth to be thrown into the bin! Turbo Fw 190D sound great - maybe even try to convert a Ta 152C (short wings), THAT should look fast...  ;)

I used two to do my F-82T Twin Mustang.   I replaced the props with those from Heritage Aviation's Dart Dakota.  I didn't find it a really bad conversion set apart from the individual prop blades.

Hi I suppose I am comparing the quality I get from Freightdog with what I got for £16 from Heritage...

You do get spoilt by some manufacturers, that is true.
