Short answer, no. No design work was actually undertaken, so there is nothing concrete on what such a ship would have looked like. T o build one, I'd probably use Airfix's 1:600 scale Hood, and scale-bash it to 1:700. That should give you a hull about the right size. For details, draw from contemporary ships - superstructure would be similar to the Repulse/Admiral classes, turrets would be scaled-up versions of the 15" twin turret, etc. etc.

This sounds like something out of "Admiral Furashita's fleet" (say it out loud until you get it), which was apparently a wargaming thing where ship whiffers got sillier and more ridiculous with ship designs, and they wrote short stories around each ship class. Some were projections of planned designs, some were upgrades of existing older vessels, and some crossed the crazy and/or impossible lines.
It did inspire me to come up with some of my own early whifferies.

The idea of a modified 1/600 Hood or even better Renown/Repulse would work. Replace the details other than the basic hull and superstructure with 1/700, and the main guns with narrower, longer tubes. Put it with a 1/700 ship or two to emphasize the scale.

iv got an old 600 scale hood i can butcher the length is PERFECT (comes out at 1003 ft scaled up to 700) the beam of hood is the same as incomparable so il chop that down.

its now on my to do list it will be good practise for my totally stupid 5ft long scratchbuild 700 scale project
