I hope nobody minds if I am the first to post a project.
The Asia GB inspired me, I am working on 3 items, here I want to show only one WIP, the others will wait till ready.
When someone (sorry, I forgot who) showed a profile of a monoplane Henschel 123, it was what frenchmen call "coup de coeur".
It took some time before I found a CHEAP one, and started working.
First I found that the lower wing is really too small, so I used the upper one. Then I saw a photo of the Loire 210, WOW  so I decided for a central float floatplane. It's a complete Airfix build: the central float comes from an Arado 196 and the smaller ones from a Gosling.
The underwing holes for the struts are perfect for the wingtip floats ones. ;D
Problem is: I don't know what paint and markings scheme to use, maybe Dutch East Indies. Any suggestion?
Now the model is primed (after I took the photos), waiting for an input.

Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Has a pre war look to it. How about blue fuselage and yellow wings.......?

Aaargh! I'd have to move it to the pre-war thread.   :-X
And blue/yellow is typical USA. I was thinking more in terms of some obsolete aircraft in the colonies at the beginning of WW2.
Dutch East Indies or maybe french Indochina. Still undecided.

I think.... Chinese marking will be not so bad..... Dark Green over Light Blue.... or Bluegrey over Light Blue....
