1/72 North American VFX (F-14 competition) scratch build here on WhIf?

Over the weekend I was fumbling around the WWW for info on NA's FX and VFX proposals and saw a post somewhere about an attempt at a 1/72 scratch build of the VFX on the What If site. Was that here? It doesn't come up in the searches but IIRC, that post was several years ago. Might have been on one of Key Pubs.' forums. No pics anywhere tho. Thanks.
