BTW, I meant to add to my post that the 1/100 Heller Alízé's dimensions match (more or less) a 1/72 Tucano's.  And yes, having had a preview of how my stalled build could eventually look, I'll definitely finish it.

I really like this design, it kind of reminds me of an AD Skyraider with a different engine up front.  Very realistic looking.
That being said, I'd like to remind everybody in a manner reminiscent of the SNL bit on Julian Assange, that no matter how I die: It was murder (even if there was a suicide note or a video of me peacefully dying in my sleep); should I be framed for a criminal offense or disappear, you know to blame.

Thanks a lot. I actually took the Alizé where it came from (the Breguet Vultur, see below) - the orginal design was an attack aircraft, and the high cockpit offers great field of view. The concept is very similar to the Skyraider, and in 1:100 the Heller kit offers just enough room for a compact single seater.

In fact size wise a 1/100 Alize matches pretty well a 1/72 Tucano.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Two at a time: the Ukraine post is about alternative history, but that I got someone hooked at secretprojects makes me a bit proud...  ;D
