I like the way he says 'It has been unearthed from a million documents and artefacts in company archives and is now housed in a new centre celebrating flying heritage at the group's military aircraft factory at Warton, near Preston' as if they were all a deadly secret up to now. Those of us who read stuff like 'Project Cancelled' and other simlar books have known about these projects for years but I suppose it's all 'new' to Joe Public.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I'm inclined to the same opinion gentlemen.  It was the animation of the hover truck that I found mildly entertaining.  Other than that, it's all 40 year old news to us!

Slow news day, I'd suggest.  A journo who "discovered" these "new" and exciting "facts" which had never been published before!

The media moves increasingly away from information and news and more and more towards entertainment every day...

The actual news here is a new location for BAe Warton's heritage centre. I'm hoping this one's actually open to the public, but haven't been able to confirm that.

QuoteCoinciding with the opening of a new centre to celebrate heritage at our military aircraft factory in Warton, Lancashire, some unique documents from the archives have been brought to life through animation to show how the R&D projects might have looked if developed further.
