I've drunk in one of the pubs on a weekday lunchtime. Got a little interesting. Landlord thought I was "old bill", maybe because I was a tad smarter then the average customer. Once he heard my accent and I'd told him I was visiting relatives he was fine, even bought me a pint for the "insult"  :cheers: Was quite amusing watch people walk in, exchange little carrier bags with some other "person" and walk out again  :wacko:

Another interesting bar was in the Adelphi hotel Liverpool. Locals were actually ordering goods and the local "tea leafs" were going over the road to the shopping centre and expropriating their orders  :banghead: :banghead:

10 mins away? You'll be lucky! Maybe at midnight it is, on Saturday morning it'll take twice that long to get from the Telford Services junction to the Centre.....
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

After much delay due to heavy thinking  :blink:  I have arranged to stay a little further out at the University of Wolverhampton - Telford campus. Booked through the IPMS website so it's only £35 a night  :thumbsup:

Train booked today - got a great deal - and hotel booked for the Sunday night. Surprisingly considerably cheaper then the Friday/Saturday  :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
