Preston shop to close?

In today's papers is the story of Damien Markland who won a court case against a Porsche repairer who did a poor engine replacement. He expected £40,000 compensation but only won £998 and has to pay £90,000 costs. 
He said he will have to sell his model shop to pay this bill...

Do we know what shop this is, hopefully not Transport Models?

There's something fundamentally wrong with a system where the plaintiff wins his case and it COSTS him. The garage are laughing all the way to the bank, as are the mega-greedy lawyers.

If I was him I think the next time I was passing the garage in my Porsche it would suffer a serious failure in the steering ........
