US Navy blue anti-foul ship paint.

On the Net, I found various pics and posts which describe US Navy ships painted with a blue anti-fouling colored paint.

I'm tired of seeing the same old, same old red hull bottoms so common on ships. I want to paint the hull bottom of my LCS (Littoral Combat Ship) the same blue color that I found in the above pic.
What blue colors might be good from Testor, Tamiya, Floquil, or Pollyscale? I'd prefer acrylic, but can use enamal if needed. I need something that is a flat, and brushes well, since my eyesight is too bad for airbrushing and spray painting.

It looks like a good match for Humbrol 14, which is not on your list.  I've crosschecked it with the IPMS Stockholm guides, it quotes Testors Model Master 2715 and Tamiya X4 as close matches.

Looking at photo's on the web, MM 2715 looks like it might be the best bet for you, unless you can get hold of Humbrol paints.  The Tamiya looks a little dark as well as being difficult to brush paint.  All appear to be gloss though and would need a matt varnish.
