Cheap kits in "The Works"

Just realised I posted this on another "The Works" thread which was in Tools and Tips...


Remaindered book chain The Works currently have some decent Revell and Airfix kits in at discount prices. Exactly what's in each branch seems to be up to the local manager though, so there's no guarantee they'll all be in your local. You might also have to search for them: I've been in two today and in one they were in a special display, but in the other they were buried among the jigsaws...

Revell 1/72nd NH-90 : discounted from £15 to £10
Revell 1/144th Tu-95 Bear D : discounted from £15 to £10
Revell 1/32nd Red Arrows Hawk : £10
Revell Various 1/24th racing cars : £10
Revell Various 1/72nd & 1/76th infantry sets : £3 (Brit WWII paras, US WWII paras, Modern German GSG.9 from memory...)
Airfix 1/72nd Red Arrows Gnat starter set : £cheep (probably not the new tool though)
Airfix 1/72nd F-5A starter set : £cheep

Was awfully tempted by the Bear and the helo, but I've spent WAY too much money of late...
