cardboard ELO space station

Hi all.
An odd request, this time, im wondering if any one out there has an idea where I could get a copy / scan of the card fold it yourself model of the ELO space station that came with the out of the blue double album ( and the spaceship as well if possible)  It seems that occasional copys are on e-bay but they seem to be A) originals, and B) require the selling of internal organs to obtain.
Any ideas, suggestions or pointers would be gratefully received, as I ve had a look on google myself tonight and turned up empty handed.

Was a tad intrigued, so had to do a quick google search. From the look of it, a fairly simple shape.
Shouldn't be to hard to knock up something, albeit rough, in photoshop or the like!
