Thanks a lot, everyone. I was also not able to find a model/kitbash so far, I was and am surprised that there are not any to find, as this thing is rather easy to create?

There is actually a resin kit of it but at £50+ quid for a glorified F-5 yours is a much better and more rewarding build

You could try using an X-29 or a F-20 Tigershark to create a Whif one with a single larger engine or out do the Iranian aircraft industry and Make an F-5 look stealthy unlike that fake thing they tried to pass off as real

Love it! Had a start on one a few months back, but used the wonderfully horrendous PM kit!
Scratched the rear fins from sheet styrene and promptly ground to a halt when it came to paint,
and lack of IRIAF decals! Seeing this has given me new found enthusiasm!

Uh, I was not aware of these, but the price tag is ridiculous. Anyway, esp. in the upper flight pic you can see the different rear end under the fins' base which I did not work out, at least on the outside.

Once more, many, many thanks for the positive feedback on this simple one - highly appreciated. 
And the next project is already on the bench...

Wonderful work!!  Love the colour scheme.

I agree that putting on an extra fin wouldn't really do anything other than improve the aircraft's yaw authority - but re - engining...Hmm...
