The Works are currently selling Buccaneer Boys by Air Commodore Graham Pitchfork in hardback for £7. The RRP is £20 so that's very reasonable.

As ever, if anybody wants one and can't get to a shop, I'd be happy to pick one up and either post it or hand it over at a show. Worth pointing out though that you can get it on their website or via their Amazon Marketplace store at the same price.

The Works are also selling Airfix 1/72nd Fouga Magister kits for £5. Havin't seen one in a shop, but they're on the website:

Oooohh, I like that! You can almost hear that cover.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The Works are currently selling several Haynes 'Manuals', including for the Buccaneer, the Tiger Tank and the A380(?) for £6. RRP is £25 so that's worth having, especially with the new Airfix Bucc coming out next year.

I got the 'Bucc Boys' as a Christmas pressie and the Haynes manual a while ago when someone mentioned it on here.

All I need now is for Airfix to pull their finger out.............  ;)

I've just ordered the Haynes Manual on Napoleon's Army. Should be interesting to see how they deal with it.
