Only one VC-10 (ZA141) was given the green/grey camo, and it wasn't the wrap-around either. It wasn't camo'd like that for very long either.  How do I know, the very latest Air-Britain Aeromilitaria has a nice article (Part 1) on the '47 Years of VC-10 Service' in it and a really good read too.

IIRC the Nevada sun baked the paint on anyway although I believe that you are correct.
