This is the Airfix Sea Hawk, a simple conversion. Currently carrying only one sidewinder. There are others in production with Red Top/Fire Streak. now I've cracked the picture thing, here we go...........

If there will be a single Sidewinder as final, I like it, I like asymmetry... ^_^

I love the 1052 design, it just looks so nice. It's great to see one - keep up the great work young Hanger!!

I dont like the idea of assymetrical wings so much, but the swept wings are very nice!

On my own P.1052, which I painted up as a 'Hawker Hotspur F.1' of 92Sqn RAF, I used the fuselage and tail of the Airfix Sea Hawk and the wings of the Hasegawa MiG 29! Suitably cut down of course.

I only wish I'd had a Frog Sea Hawk to use as the basis because, as you can see from this pic, its shape, especially the intake and forward nose/cockpit are, is far superior to the Airfix one, even if it is a pig to open up all the recesses!

I still have it but its lost its undercarriage these days, as a lot of mine tend to do.
