How did you persuade them to let you have your own SIG? Threaten to show them your tattoos?

Radish

They couldn't resist.....they just knew it'd all be in the best possible taste

Not "my" SIG anyway, as there's a growing number who want to display, and where do you put your models of Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, The Mummy, skulls, zombies, and other items from the Dark Side?

I thought there was a "gap" in the SIGS that'd need filling so went for it. Gathered the necessary 5 IPMS(UK) members and applied with a covering letter explaining the modus operandi and away I went.
They know I'm not going to be outrageous but also I'll organise a good display.

I already have a selection of stuff suitable....Vampires, Rocky Horror spaceships, Nazi Dinosaur stuff, skulls, heads, but nothing too gruesome. The idea is to be tasteful. Lots of stuff, "in progress"...including adding to the steampunk/Mad Max idea....all included so long as it's looking appropriately dreadful.

Vampire Meerkats anyone? Vampire Tortoise? Zombie driven tanks? Medieval Batman?? All coming....

How does the saying go? I saw these and I thought of you.... ;D

Various charms and buttons from the bead craft shop in Afleck's Palace in Manchester (if you've not been there Terry, you'd LOVE it). There are many other things, and these are available in different finishes too: shiny silver, shiny gold, pewter etc... It struck me that they're just the right size for putting on 1/72nd plane models of 1/35th tanks. I was particularly thinking of the pirate flying boat from Porco Rosso.
