Thank-you kind sirs

And of course ....they had a display team!  :o

Did they trail red and yellow smoke?  ;D

Thinking on the shared colouring of the Gadumal flag and Spain's and then Kit's comment (and the answer is 'but of course!') ....do the Spanish Air Force have a display team? Do they use yellow and red smoke?
Oh to be whiffing again :-(

Nice, I like those "My own Air Force" approaches. Did that when I was REALLY young, too, and had kits in two different (but consistent) liveries - one was a desert force, sand uppers with dark green blotches, and I remember having a Bf 109, a Mitsubishi Zero and a HueyCobra in that style...

Unfortunately ....I wasn't REALLY young when I did the three above ...these date from my 'modern' (ie OLD) period. Although I do remember that I did a ship-based Harrier in the naval camouflage back in my 'early' (30 years ago) period, and I could still give you a brief run down of Gadumals history even now ....scary what things do stay with you and you remember  :-\

I did 'design' quite a few aircraft when I were a lad, you've got me wondering whether the drawings are in the loft somewhere or whether they succumed to the 'why on earth am I still keeping that' phase of tidying up
