Hi all,
A while back I asked for advice on what to do with a bagged Airfix MRCA kit (  :tornado: ), and I think someone suggested RAAF anti-ship.

I still need to arm it with Harpoons and Sidewinders, and some more decals, but here is a teaser:

Nice idea. Some white Harpoons (maybe four of them?) should suit it well.

Yes ...looking good. Sometimes a less-busy 'simple' scheme can please the eye just as much
Oh to be whiffing again :-(

Looking good Zacareeno !

I think it looks great in those colours....the 111s smaller cousin ! Adding the missiles is really going to set it off. Great work !

:tornado:

I can just see this happening... the RAAF doesn't get the F-111, keeps the F-4E Phantoms until the 80s and spends the late 70s looking for a long-range strike aircraft. They copy the German Marineflieger and get Tornado!

Very plain and almost boring scheme, looks just right!

Captain Canada

That's exactly right Nick ! Boring, but somehow just right ! I think once the weapons are on her she's going to be even more perfect.....
