Chatting to the Newfie  friend of a friend , he mentioned that his grandfather had been involved with the building of the  Bolingbroke 111.  I understand that this was a Canadian Blenheim on floats or skis as well as a wheeled option.  Only one (serial 717)  was built.

I'll add it to my list and do a bit of research on the subject.

I think Robert in Canada, kitnut617 on here, is building that as he showed a pic of its floats here only the other week.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I've started one, although it was packed away for my house move  -----  which was seven years ago   :banghead: :banghead: haven't seen it since then, it's somewhere in the stash    :banghead: :banghead:
