the 410 is the Matchbox model in Japanese colors...the rear wheel doors were too thick so I tried to make some in thinner plastic sheeting, but I just couldn't get them to stick in place so deleted them...my story is that the Japanese air force removed them and didn't need a wing pitot tube either
the 109k is the Heller kit, I think, and the what if connection isn't very strong...maybe only what if the wing antenna was made from a toothpick and painted red and white
can't remember which kit the 109G is...I used a green make-up pencil from the ladies section of the chemist just to see what would happen...the blotches really don't look too bad
the Hayate is perhaps the Arii kit and I used a feather to put on the blotches...in the jungle the Japanese sometimes painted camo with a palm frond so I used a feather from an Australian sulphur-crested cockatoo, found during a walk in the suburbs near chez moi with my wife, cut it down to 1/48 scale and dipped it into some Tamiya acrylic...worked out okay
so whaddaya think?

Nice work mate - thought you'd got lost on your way home ?

The 410 looks particularly good and at home in Japanese colours
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

What Chris said, Japanese colours really DO suit the 410 very well.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

The Wooksta!

The 109K is the Heller original - they got it wrong and it's actually a G-14.  The Kurfurst had the same DB605D engine as the 109G-10, in a revised cowling.

I think the desert G is the Hasegawa kit.

IIRC, one Me 410 (actually a 210 modified to the later standards) was sent to Japan in 1942 for evaluation.

The G looks nice, too.
