Hi all!

This is my last What If model, the Ta-183 "Karasu".

This is the Ta-183 "Huckebein" from PM Model on 1/72 scale. Google searching told me the name "Huckebein" comes from a book "Hans Huckebein der Unglücksrabe". As I build it with japanese markings, the "rabe" (german word for Crow) was replaced by "Karasu" (japanese word for Crow).

This is my first "Kaze 46". Kaze is the japanese word for Wind. I think sounds good, something like "Luft 46".

Here it is:

Bellow an image from the book. I tried to draw the little crow in the left side of the plane, but I really don't have the artistics skills needed.

I hope you like it.

Paul.

The red and silver look is really dramatic on the '183. Well done!
Whatever.

Don't put your artistic skills down!  That crow looks really good on the fuselage side.

In 1/72nd scale that's great artistry!

Very nice build, & I like the "Kaze '46" Theme name, too.

Good job.  Especially the crow.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Excellent build, love the artwork on the tail
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Superb little build. Very nicely done.

nice concept - nice build

Captain Canada

That's another nice little build ! Looks good in those colours. Certainly would be hard to keep an eye on glinting about a bomber formation on a sunny day. And I think your little crow drawing looks perfect, especially that small ! Great stuff.

Hi!

Thanks for your kindly words.

Sandiego89, I have a "He-162 Salamander" and I was thinking about the painting scheme. The japanese green and black you said... like an A6M Zero?

NARSES2 and Flyer, that Samurai came from a Hasegawa 1/72 T-33 decal sheet.

Flyer, sorry for my bad english. This is my latest, not the last.

Cheers!

Paul.
