Another new Focke-Wulf

This one is not what-if, its the 1/32 scale Hasegawa Fw 190D-9 in the markings of ''red 18'' of I./EKG(j), if anybody has the second volume of Jerry Crandall's Dora book there is some excellent coverage of this aircraft in it and I used that information to help me paint this model.

There are a few things wrong with the Hasegawa D-9 kit but the overall look of the finished kit is fine.

When I build a real world model with specific markings and if it is recognizable from the photographs of the real thing I am happy with it, missing panel lines or some shape errors in a kit is not THAT important to me...but than again I don't enter model contests either.
