Are there any accessories available for the old 1/32 scale Testors YF-22 ATF? Things like photoetch, resin cockpit seat, decal sheets, etc., etc.  I'm thinking of commissioning another modeler to build this kit for me sometime in the future, but I want to bring this kit more "up to date" and not have it built as the YF-22 demonstrator.
Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

Have you checked Squadron.com?  They've got a slew of 1/32 aftermarket stuff, including Trumpy's weapons sets for 1/32.

Weapons, I don't need right now. I'm just looking for other photoetch or resin stuff to detail the cockpit, wheel wells, weapon bays, etc., etc.  But I doubt there will be much, if anything, that was specifically produced for this old kit. If there isn't much of anything available, then I either have to have the kit built as is in it's prototype configuration, or build it into some sort of whif.

The production Raptor is very different from the YF-22. Converting it would be a huge job.

Surely you could use any 32nd scale PE bits ? And dolling up a few details should be easy enough in that scale, especially as far as cockpit and landing gear are concerned.
