It's never come up, but if I wanted the thing badly enough, I'd find a way...
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Guys, part of the Reason i ask, is that I'm on Foot in the Winter time, and on Bicycle in the Summer, so i have to be Careful with what i can and Can't Carry, plus i Have to make Sure "Supreme Commander" Doesn't have my Head for Making too Many Purchases  i have a Large Backpack like those who Go Hiking would Use, but I'm Also the 'Chief Courier" at times for Bringing Stuff home from Town. That's Why I'm asking. Dan

When in Hawaii a couple of years ago I took advantage of the (then) good exchange rate plus cheap prices and picked up some 1/25 car kits.  By the time i'd paid UPS to ship them back it would have been cheaper to buy them here.  What I should have done was buy a cheap case and check them in as luggage.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

One time I went to the Modelzone Xmas sale on the way to work. I got a few good-sized 1/72 Revell kits and the Airfix 1/48 AH-64 Apache which was bigger than my backpack so I had to cart a large red plastic bag down to work.

Got to work, got changed, put my clothes and bag and the smaller kits in my locker. No space for the Apache.  :banghead:
Ended up having to hide it in a dark corner under my jacket!

During my world travelling years I always packed a fold-up bag, a BIG one, as the first item in the bottom of my suitcase. Thus it was always available in case of dire emergency, like finding a model shop having a closing down sale, for instance...  ;) ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I regularly hit this problem when at shows, especially the Nationals. I travel by train and on a few occasions have had to buy some extra baggage in order to get the stash increase home. Also the reason I travel First Class home, much more space for the "luggage"

As for fully loaded vehicles ? Go to India, it's amazing what the can get on a bike, let alone a truck. Saw a heavy duty tipper truck that had obviously got rid of its load and on the way home the driver had picked up a load of ladies returning from market. Must of been at least 100 of them sitting in the back of his truck. Looked amazing as they all had different coloured saris on. One of the most colourfull sites I've ever seen
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
