A question on some of the lesser known birds in Skycrawlers

I have a question about some of the lesser known birds in the Skycrawlers video.

I'm referring to that twin pusher fighter-bomber(?) and the in-flight refueler, dubbed the Whale.

Are there any three-views of these(and of the other birds in the video, including the flying wing bomber).

While the Sanka has been something of a fixture for me, because in addition to other projects, I'm also in the process of drawing up a set of plans for this with a contrarotating electric motor, but I have also had a certain amount of fascination for the Whale, if only because I have a soft spot in my heart for a twin tail tri-motor(pushers, no less) flying boat. At least it appears to be a flying boat in that in the only scene that features it, the Battle Scene, which shows it peeling away.

That would be nifty, but I'm asking about the two(at least) birds mentioned that were in the movie "Skycrawlers".

I've found these with a quick Google search:

I know there is a set of four blueprints out there, as well as some scans someone has made from the design book, but can't track them down at present...

If you can contact a guy called RotorheadTX who sometimes posts here, he has the blueprints and might offer to send you them if you asked nicely?

The twin pusher I am cobbling together from a Gloster Meteor, if that helps...

I remember articles in the Hobby Japan Magazine when the Bandai kits came out with conversions of the Sanka kit, e. g. into something that looked remarkably like a German WWII night fighter, and a scratched version of the Pusher-Meteor-Thing in a Mid Stone/Dark Earth livery.

I have also seen a scratched twin-boom aircraft, the one with the Ju-188 nose and a pusher prop at the rear of the mid section:

Here's a build of it (or an approximation) at britmodelers: http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/53920-ju188-nightfighter-he219-bomber/

Always wanted to scratch something similar, too, from a Ju 188, a Su-12 and lots of other donation parts...

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I think what you need is the "Sky Crawlers Establishment Art Book": http://otaku.com/products/28758

No idea how easy this will be to get hold of, but it exists!

Here's my take on the Ju-188 based beast...
Not my photo (thanks, Simon), but it's out there in net-land for all to see.

I didn't have anything else, so used the -188 tail unit halved and with the inside faces built up with card.
If I were to redo it, I'd probably remove the gun noses and replace them with intakes per the original drawing, but it's done now and off the 'projects to do sometime' list.

Cheers

Here's the official Japanese site http://sky.crawlers.jp/tsushin/
This is where i saw the blue prints of four aircraft, not sure where they are as have no Japanese language skills. I just kept clicking links till I stumbled on to them!
Thanks for posting my build Dizzy, you beat me to it!
