Space Battleship group build?

A little too late to suggest this for 2015, but maybe it'll be ok for 2016. I had the idea of a Space Battleship group build. I'm sure we're all familiar with the old anime series Space Battleship Yamato (Starblazers), right? Well, what if there was a group build where people took different battleships (Iowa, Tirpitz, Bismarck, Prince of Wales, Dunkerque, etc., etc., etc.)  and whiffed them into flying space themed battleships?
