Thanks Mushi, Mossie.  I need to work up a back story for Zenrat Industries.  I see it as a combination of Air America, Stark Industries and Universal Export.

Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

The Dio base is something my neighbour gave me before he moved.  It had the remains of an original release Revell '41 Willys body on it.  I've put the car away to rebuild as a Gasser and the base is useful for photographing other stuff on.
I've got a heap more Elhiem figures I must paint to use on it.
