I've found Flickr easy to use, uploading manually if/when I want to put something there. Haven't checked the terms recently. There used to be a limit on how many images you can have active for free.

Deviantart has more of a community feel which you might, or might not, like.

There's a 200 piccie limit for the free account, and you have to live with advertising.
You can also buy into an unlimited account, and you get access to an online photo editing software which is pretty good for color/light/saturation editing, you just do not have the true photoshop options (e. g. editing things away in a pic).
