Jet powered paddle steamer

What kits would you use to build this, as I've come across the USNavy using converted paddle steamers as fresh water aircraft carriers in Lake Michigan during WW2 as pilot training for take off and landings?

Not sure of the length but I remember reading that these ships had no hanger deck and could not keep aircraft on deck. No romm for parked planes.
