Well as some-one who tries not to 'sing their praises' as I'm always trying to root for the 'rarer' aircraft (I had an aversion to model Spitfire kits as well! :o )

That photo of the Red Arrows "Arrival Loop" does it for me

+ the "Pack em, Rack em, and Stack em" Tornado photo on the Current RAF Equipment page as well (and I'm not that keen on anniversary schemes/markings either! :-\)

At least I'm consistently contradictory!  :banghead: ;D
Oh to be whiffing again :-(

Some amazing stuff there, and maybe it's just me, but I found the web intensely irritating to navigate. It seems to have been designed to frustrate.  :banghead:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

I agree with you on both counts.    I assume that an MoD bureaucrat had a hand in the design..........

Incidentally, it's a joy to see "The Hat"  appearing beside your posts once more

For some obscure reason my avatar upped and vanished, with no input from me at all, so I just spent a while re-loading it.

At least I know I'm on here when I see it now.  ;D ;)
