Did that F-4 Phantom actually fly? I didn't think the USAF had any left in the air.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Hell yeah it did, Hun did too!  I'm not sure what the Collings foundation is but it would seem they keep and maintain warbirds to fly.  Check out the link at the bottom of the OP.  Pretty neat stuff.

I wonder if the B-17 was Nine O Nine I saw earlier this summer.

It flew on Sunday morning for a photo flight. The USAF does not. The Collings Foundation fly and maintains the world only privately our F-4 Phantom. More info here...  https://www.collingsfoundation.org/aircrafts/f-4d-phantom/

The B-17 was Texas Raiders from The Commemorative Air Force's Gulf Coast Wing.

Thanks again,
Steven

Well that's SERIOUSLY impressive!  Who'd ever have thought that a Phantom could be privately owned. Amazing.
