I had hoped to get this finished by New Year but it wasnt to be. This is the project I need the "Armada" titles for. I could also do with two more "anchors". They came from a really awful kit by Glencoe (Curtis Condor)so if there are any on offer make it your New Years offering to modelling Karma and please let me know.   Hannants want £11 + for any sheet with the titles which will be a waste if I dont use the other schemes a couple of quid or a swop seem more in line with my current thinking.

The whole project started out to be a Ventura in French service. However the grey didnt  varnish the right shade and I didnt want to  strip it down to bare plastic (its a big beast) and so was born the Wif version.

Im having trouble getting the de icer boots on the  tail planes masked to my liking so Im not making a lot of progress at the moment,but with that said Im reasonably happy with the way its starting to look.

Progress and perhaps a small back story will be forthcoming in 17.

Like I said, I could print some for you.

It'd be a welcome relief from the hovering and dusting, not to mention the cooking..........
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

If I had those decals I'd send them right now! That build looks awesome! I hope someone comes up with them as this really deserves to be finished.

The Hiyakia  Kameggkasi  is also coming along a pace.  Im making a name plate for the sleezyjet stand and a bit of varnish work may be even some clear prop blades?
