You're sounding like me... I know when a build hits a sweet spot because it conjures up a desire to play a flight sim game. All of a sudden I want to fly around.  ;D

That one's on my list as well. Do you have a build log so I can steal all your good ideas?

Sweet wares!!  I like the "shark sub"... (sorry, I'm not familiar with Tintin, which is a travesty, I know...  ) , too cool...

Did that canadian canopy come with the kit?
Must get myself a chippie and do something with it.. Thinking hat is on...

David

Yep. You get a choice of canopies with the kit. It's an ancient Airfix reboxing, so be prepared for some RIVETS! I think they converted the London phone book into braille. ;)
Thanks!

thanks, i used revell's 1/72 Me262 as a basis
and a spare canopy of a Matchbox 1/72 Meteor NF.14.
on the bench:

-all kinds of things.

it is a beautiful collection of tintin related models, and the shark is one of my favorites

strobez

Oooh... I just checked my Tintin album (Red Rackham's Treasure) and I think the Tamiya 1/100  Me 262 will be just about perfectly sized for a 1/72ish representation of the Shark sub...

(runs off to add a project to Scalemates...)

Thanks!
