Nice build of a Colonial Viper takes me back to watching it as a movie release and then trying to tune in the telly to the next region which used to show the series on a Sunday before our own region finally started showing it  ;D

I still prefer the original series over the remake, whilst its effects and science were great I hated that they had changed the Cylons from being an Alien races droid army to one developed by Humans, the time repeating itself cobblers and then mirroring US political/social affairs a little too closely which is a bit effing stupid for a race that had evolved, developed space travels and colonised a galaxy.

I remember building the Monogram kit and moebius appear to have made a faithful rendering of the Viper that's certainly an improvement over the original kit, I just wish they had scaled down the Original Series Viper and Cylon raider down to 1/72nd as you could really have some fun then

Agree with the idea a 1/72 original Viper would be great - still, there is the diecast that was close.

And yeah, great model!

Couldn't have put it better   All that 'let's take our hypocritical quasi-religious democratic moralising bollocks and enforce it elsewhere' did sound very familiar ;) That woman who played the President :banghead: Kept wanting to hit her with a half-brick inna sock.
