Inspiration from Chris Foss.

I noticed several posts mentioning Chris Foss artworks for Sci-Fi, but it seems that not many are familiar with his work.
I believe his artworks can inspire ALL What If members to think more out of the box.

First time I saw Chris Foss art was back in the 60's. Most Sci-Fi movie models were inspired by Chris Foss artworks.

You can see how he develops his ideas from scratch.
Also there is many examples of backgrounds for What If sci-fi modelers. A close look at them can reveal many secrets to those great looking effects. IMHO
