What I am actually looking for is just the turret and parts for the 20mm Rarden canon for the Scimitar.
I will be perfectly happy to get the whole kit, but if someone has been using the hull to create one of the non-turreted version that would be great.

If you can help me, and yes there are plenty out there who say I am beyond help. send me a PM.
Folding drinking tokens (electronic as well) are available.

I'm sorry? Did I read someone calling the Scorpion a tank? Here!?

Oh, the shame! :banghead:

Nope, don't have one, sorry ... nor the Scimitar, either. ;)

It meets the media definition of a 'tank', that is to say, it's got tracks and it's painted green.... ;)

Anyway, does anyone bitch about calling a Panzer II a 'tank'?

Nope.  Having been a proud wearer of a pair of Jungle Greens, if it has tracks, a turret, a gun and it is painted green, it is by most soldiers referred to as a "tank"...

Runway ? ...

The 76mm got it defined as a tank in some interesting arms limitation treaties "The Conventional Forces in Europe arms reduction treaty considered anything with a gun bigger than 75mm towards the total for tanks which each signatory was allowed." Which meant removing them from the battlefield reduced the equivalent number of Soviet MBTs.

Which is something I suppose.

They wern't wasted though: some of them were converted to Sabres by fitting the the turrets from unsatisfactory Fox armoured cars.
