After seeing images of a Belgian Tempest on the 'Spinners Strike Fighters' thread I was inspired to build my own interpretation using a 1/72 Heller Tempest and decals from an Aeromaster Spitfire XIV sheet.

it was my very first What If model that i posted here back when i joined this forum.

Wow. That looks great! I love Tempests, so it's cool to see your interpretation in Belgian colours.  How was the Heller kit in terms of fit?  Looks like it went together like a glove from the end results.
