I'm currently kicking around waiting for a new assignment and it started with a broken prop.....

So, lots of filler, sanding, filler, sanding..............and loads of pictures:

















The camera has "bent" the wing a bit but the engines are lined up - honest! I decided to remove the gondola and one of the gun turrets plus the rather cramped rear gunner. The idea is a He 177 development using four jet engines. I'd also like to have a twin fin tail and manned turret (one of the Revell kits has the turret) but that it too challenging for my modelling skills. More to come, unless I "get the call".

Interesting  , but I fear a world (or at least U.K.) putty/filler shortage

With your ideas, and the photographic proof you provide, that statement is totally demolished.
Fantastic stuff there, I look forward to the end product, and the Sea Venom, and whatever you are doing with that P-51.

(I was VERY interested by the first pictures, like an asymmetric twin-jet, but then is seems symmetric, all right )...
