Airbus A400M tilt-wing idea

I've been reading the 'Aviation Archive- VTOL Aircraft'.
The donor kit will be a 1/72 Airbus A400M Grizzly.
There seems to me that there are two designs to choose from. Either a tilt wing rotating 90° or something similar to the
  F-8 Crusader fighters' wing.
Since the kit is a problem child from the beginning, either a new wing or work with what you've got.
Using the existing wing as this is a single piece,  a pair of hydraulic arms similar to the Hiller X-18 example can be scratched built.

At least there'd be a better chance of the wing 'fitting' than it does with the OOB kit......

You mean that the two options are either the wing tilting or the engines tilting!

You can go down the route of the Canadair CL-84 Dynavert,, Hiller X-18. or
LTV XC-142A tilt wing or the Curtiss-Wright X-19 and Bell X-22A where the engines tilt.
Another idea is a Heliplane. I'm building one at the moment using a C-130 with a 
C-121 triple tail fin, the jet engines are
TF-33s with the main stack and rotors from a Mil-26 Halo. The Roman nose has been replaced with the resin nose cone off a Cammett BAe Nimrod AEW.3, this might work on the Grizzly.
I think that I might have another Mil-26 Halo in the stash, the wings can be cut down to accommodate a pair of 1/48 turbofans or just a pair of turboprops, as for the tail twin or triple fins. Although I might keep it the same as in the kit. As for the the main landing gear, a pair of hydraulic skis
