Due to overwhelming demand (well okay, okay, a COUPLE people liked it!) Here is the Soviet Union's Test Aircraft MiG E-365.
Recent discoveries in Soviet historical records indicate this plane was originally obtained from Cuba in late 1959, via some unknown but possibly highly illegal sources. Close examination of the documents revealed it to be RL-25206, the "one that got away" from the scrapping of the Avro Canada CF-105 Arow program. How it got from Ontario Canada to Cuba is still unknown
Utilising no compatable components to any Soviet aircraft, the plane was originally destined for scrapping when it was retrieved by the MiG design bureau for high speed supersonic air speed research in assistance for their own MiG-25 program. The plane went on to set many air speed records, but all were attributed to the MiG-25 program.
In late 1968, an overly officious bureacrat ordered the scrapping of the Arrow-Ski under "National Security" reasons: All that remains is the nose section and some small bits such as the landing gear and instruments.  Thus came to an end the last of the CF-105's to fly
