Boeing C-17V ' stratolifter'

I'm not too sure if this is a pure whiff or a proposal from McDonald-Douglas  for a twin engined C-17.
There are 1/72 and 1/144 kits available so all that would be needed is a pair of larger engines and a new paint scheme.
Either military or commercial. It would look very similar to the Japanese C-1 transport aircraft.
Other variants could include twin engines similar to the B-52 layout or VC 10.
A FASS AEW platform could be built or just the front cone like the EC-1.
