the undercarriage on the Camel (the part surrounding the axle)...was the upper surface in khaki and the lower surfact in CDL or all in khaki?
Allan
same with SE5A?

NARSES2

Al I've seen them in both. Although the favourite seems to be the same khaki as the upper surface. So unless you have a specific aircraft in mind and you have a decent photo of your subject just go with what feels right.

Isn't that what we do with all our models?  ;D ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

my two Camels are coming along sort of nicely, but I'm no good at stretching sprue, so at our next club meeting one of the fellows is going to teach me how to do it as well as bring along about 1.5 meters of thin stretched sprue for me to use...it's just great having a club!!!

I used to be quite good at stretching sprue as a kid but somehow seem to have lost the knack recently  :banghead:

And yes I really wish I had a local club  :-\
