Preisler 1/87 modern USA Tank crews- cement?

I have been try to glue together these figures without much success. Tried Gorilla Glue and Testors cement.  Any suggestions/ brands you'd recommend? Thanks.

Tamiya Super Thin & a bit of patience, the Preiser plastic seem to take a little longer than most to react. It also helps if you twist the parts together a bit as they soften - it makes for a stronger bond.

You should be able to use standard plasctic cement - AFAIK the Preiser figures are made from simple styrene, just like IP kits? Maybe you give the parts/figures a wash in water with some detergent, in case that there is some mold seperator agent left?

Regular Gorilla Glue or their CA(Superglue)? Regular GG is a polyurethane intended for
porous surfaces, and it expands in the presence of water to made a better bond, which
is why they say to wet one surface. it's not for smooth, non-absorbent surfaces like
polystyrene.

The unpainted Preiser figures I've had have all been regular HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene)
as used in plastic model kits and thus glue with regular plastic cement. As Guy said use a
liquid like Tamiya Super Thin, avoid tube cement.
